We publish novels, short story collections, and Flashbooks, but we're open to everything from smaller indie games to graphic novels/comics to music albums to comic strips. We love all forms and genres. If we dig it, we dig it.
We operate by The Hell Yeah Test: if it makes us say "hell yeah," then we want to do it. We love stuff with a sense of humor but sincerity, something that can be equally bitterly ironic and heartfelt. If it's a little tiny bit strange, that's a plus. It's a tricky line to ride, but we know it when we see it. If you want an easy-to-define range of works we like: we're just as happy to release things that could be seen at 2am on Adult Swim as released by A24 or published by Gunzō in 1986.
